Refund policy

  • This Returns and Exchanges Policy applies to all purchases made through the website www.cotton-kingdom.com
  • Online purchases are valid for return and/or exchange within 14 days from the ship date. Returns/Exchanges are subject to EGP 85.00 shipping fees.
  • All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. All returned items must be accompanied by the Packing Slip and customs documents (if applicable).
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 4-6 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • For size exchange and/or returns, kindly contact us on info@cotton-kingdom.com with photos of item. To avoid this, kindly check our size chart in our product page to make sure the size fits.
  • There are no exchanges or refunds on any international orders.

The amount will be refunded after inspecting and approving the returned products within one working week (7 working days).
  • For international orders, return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
